I've had a very good experience with them , my son and me get healthcare through them .
Dont have insurance, so they offered a "pay scale" based on income. The bill for a 30 minute visit was 1/3 of my entire months pay. Dont know how they thought thatd be affordable but this debt has genuinely ruined my life. If you dont have insurance dont fall for their bs no matter how "affordable" they promise it will be. These people are sharks.
They refused me service after I had to fast to have blood test done this morning because they said my insurance was denied. Like why can’t they just bill me?
Felt very dismissed, went in for coughing and severe chest congestion and was told my lungs sounded clear & got diagnosed with an ear infection. So I went to another clinic for a second opinion after telling the nurse what they told me today she said she could tell my lungs weren’t clear just from talking to me on the phone, long story short i have a respiratory infection. This place is terrible. The APRN is nice, and seems to genuinely care. It’s the people he works with. Don’t recommend this place at all!
