I went here for an annual checkup and have my prescriptions refilled. Four hours after my appointment I head to the pharmacy to get my medications and they still havent been put in. I call to see what is taking so long and was told they were at lunch and they would send my prescriptions to the pharmacy once they returned. I gave it two days and they still havent put in my prescriptions. I would rather walk on hot coals then have to deal with this place. Sent my 17 year old child to the doctor. They refused to see her because they needed new insurance. No one called me, no one looked it up, just sent a very sick child away. Service has gone seriously downhill. Now, she has to miss another day of school just to get a doctors note.
