I love this place. They have treated me with professionalism and kindness. They attempt to treat me with all the things I need for me to stay healthy. The nurses , Lacy and all staff are all very kind to me. I won't go to any other facility. They rock!!
I went here just for them to take my blood because I had a problem with my normal Dr. Office getting blood. They have medical assistants who do the blood drawing, and they did better than the Phlebotomist at the other clinic. They stuck me one time and got all the blood they needed. And she had a wonderful attitude and was very kind!
I was told 3-5 business days for labs to come back. Today would be day 5 but for me its day 7 since coming in. Im being told labs are in but cant be release because the drs haven't reviewed the labs. I have called in 2 times where someone actually answered or the phones worked. I have called in many times where no answer or the phones are 'currently not working' now they are sayin hopefully we can give you answers by Monday, if you cant wait till than, go to the ER.
