I am giving a one star because the receptionist and the nurses really everyone besides Tina miles because she calls dhs on people with out checking it out first and before anybody says that it’s her job she has to. Natalie is someone who cares very much about her patience she is someone that can be trusted with anything that you may need to speak about to her as far as your health habits and lifestyle I would not go to anyone unless Natalie was just absolutely not working the field anymore I will go from Booneville Arkansas to Benton Arkansas just for a visit with Natalie as my primary care physician
I have gotten billed and my credit score impacted, I have no copay no deductible but now I have a medical charge on my credit. I can’t get an appointment follow up but I get billed. And they won’t fix their mistakes. Hot mess run far from this place. Keeps telling me my kidneys are failing and I know they are not I have more than one doctor confirmed, don’t go here, worse service and worse billing I ever seen.
I decided to leave a review bc I felt like this clinic deserved a better rating than what it’s got. I went in today as a new patient. I called yesterday and the receptionist was super sweet and I really appreciated her. She was there today as well, still super sweet in person. I got there a bit early, did my paperwork and was quickly called back. I saw my provider and a med student.
