Got told I had sinus issues then went for a second opinion and turns out I have the flu. They didn’t check my ears or nothing.. took a quick glance at my throat which had “drainage” that may indicated my ears need checked. Seemed to me they were more concerned about getting me out than treating me. Searcy is a better clinic.. they listen an address your concerns and don’t treat you like your waisting their time.
Had to go in to get some refills. I had the best experience I've had in along time. Thank you Monica! Thanks for talking to me like a human being. And taking your time with me.
First time having trouble with this Arcare. Been going to Arcare for years. The provider that was there today did not have time for me. Did not take my health issues seriously. Next time I will make sure my normal physician that I normal see is there before I go.
