Extremely hard to get a hold of anyone!! They do not have a number for you to talk to someone in person. They only have a number where you can text them YET they don't even answer that. I had made an appointment and had decided to cancel bc its impossible to find out any information about them. So I emailed them and "filed a ticket" bc their site says its the fasted way to get it taken care of.
