I moved to the WATERS at Ransley Station April 2025, managed by the Stoa group - this outfit swoops in and the place is SHIT now. This is in Pensacola and I regret my decision to move to the Waters at Ransley Station April-I didn’t move to someplace called the HANGAR.
I cannot imagine a worse experience living anywhere. Arcan Carital should be ashamed of themselves. My experience at Tapestry Apartments in Birmingham was horrific. The elevators never worked for the 2 years I lived there and my apartment was on the 4th floor. Im certain that is against ADA regulations. The gate was consistently broken allowing for numerous home and car burglaries. Management was never helpful and all calls and emails to Arcan Capital were ignored. I have tried contacting the corporate office for over a month regarding the online portal. No one has contacted me and I have been a tenant at Emerson 1600 for almost 10 years. They try to get additional payments from you and wont assist you with the issue that is on their end . Be careful and keep all information when paying your rent .
