I lived in Arcadian Springs with my boyfriend from May 2009 until February 2010. When I moved out in February the apartment manager gave no notice, entered the apartment, and stole items from the apartment. My boyfriend was still living there when this happened. The owners of the building also turned off the heat while my boyfriend was still living there. The apartment manager allowed another tenant into the apartment as well.
