I responded to one of their ads for an apartment in Lemon Grove. They wanted to do a background / credit check before showing me the place. They also wanted me to move in within 7 days. Just all seems shady.

I have only been at my new place since Friday (4days) and they have a laundry list of things that need to be fixed! All my cabinets were falling off the hinges they looked amazing everything is brand new but once you open the cupboards and cabinets you realize they weren’t installed properly! I had no water pressure in the upstairs shower which is my only full bathroom! Once the water pressure was fixed we realize that there was barely lukewarm water! I had a great customer service experience with Carla Garcia. I emailed her I was interested in looking at the condo. She emailed me back immediately; met her the next day; I loved it; and got rolling filling out the application and deposit and bam, moved in at the end of the month; I have been there since the beginning of this year. I like the area and I am close to work.
