If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My experience here was absolutely terrible from beginning to end. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice before signing a lease. From the moment I moved in, I had problems with pests and infestations. I had to repeatedly contact the leasing office about the issues, and eventually maintenance came out to seal holes around my unit. I was a resident here for about a year and a half and I could not wait for this lease to end. There are plenty of things to complain about, but one of the main issues here is the pest/rodent issue. Unfortunately, it seems due to the age of the property that this is something that will remain an issue no matter how many times pest control is sent out. Leasing office is non existent pretty much and when someone does answer, they’re unprofessional . I have emailed twice with no response. 1. I’ve emailed about twice about package theft and what can be done to help improve this… NOBODY ANSWERS. I understand they can’t control tenants BUT atleast look into lockers, leasing office can hold packages or SOMETHING. Like let’s put our amenities money into something useful. 2. Do not move here! I lived here for 6 years, I was a good tenant. I moved out 1 month early and they filed a complaint for “Judgment of Possession” when I notified them earlier and signed an early notice to vacate the property. Now it looks bad on my rental report for absolutely nothing. They also have roaches and mice, lots of car theft or vandalism in the parking lots that they do nothing to prevent, my car was broken into several times while living there.
