I LOVE my place. The only reason why I’m leaving is because of the proximity to my job. I have never had any issues since living here and I’ve been here for two years by the end of my lease. I’ve NEVER had any roaches or any rats at all. If I make a maintenance request, they are in my house the very next day. Even with the proximity issue to my job, I contemplating staying because You know how they always say: “The devil you know is better than the angel you don’t know.” I’m actually quite sad that I am leaving soon.
If you are someone with allergies or other health issues, I would think about this place twice. I have requested cleanings and was told that's not possible. the laundry room has dirt from when I moved in. The outside room's walls have been crazy looking since I moved in. I asked for a cleaning and for fillers to reduce the amount of spiders. They recommended I buy my own spray. I've lived here for 2 years and some now.
