Do not move here! I lived here for 6 years, I was a good tenant. I moved out 1 month early and they filed a complaint for “Judgment of Possession” when I notified them earlier and signed an early notice to vacate the property. Now it looks bad on my rental report for absolutely nothing. They also have roaches and mice, lots of car theft or vandalism in the parking lots that they do nothing to prevent, my car was broken into several times while living there. The only thing this company seems to take seriously is collecting rent while renting out apartments with ongoing mice and rat issues and constant maintenance problems. Instead of addressing conditions that existed before move-in and continued afterward, management repeatedly shifts responsibility onto residents. The reality is that many of these problems were not created by tenants and should have been addressed long before anyone moved in. Nothing in my review is untrue. I would like to thank Jared, Zarya, and Nikki. Since day one, they have been wonderful to me and made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. Now, during my move-out as well, they have continued to be helpful and supportive. I truly appreciate all of their kindness and professionalism.
I beg you please re-consider before moving here. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for months/years where marijuana smoke repeatedly enters my apartment through the ventilation system. This has been reported multiple times to management, but the issue continues without resolution. The odor is often strong enough to affect the usability of my unit, including sleep and use of the common areas.
