Hate it here. Moved in January and it’s been constant problems. Don’t get me started on how terrible they are when it comes to snow removal. Rental price, theft and crime…. Will not be renewing. Can’t wait to leave.
Recently moved here. Terrible job on snow removal and cleaning the sidewalks. Had to catch a uber to work due to this complex not providing adequate removal of snow
After the snowstorm on 1/25, 2-3 days later, the sidewalks were still not shoveled. The parking lot was barely cleared, and there was essentially nowhere to park. On top of that, the lot was so narrow from the buildup that only one car could get in or out at a time. This is a serious safety issue. People are slipping, especially elderly residents, and there was very little salting. Basic snow removal and safe walkways should not take days to address.
These guys deserve 0 stars, honestly. Since I moved in in 2023, there has been a constant issue with theft. People steal tires off cars and in some cases even the whole car. We have asked for security cameras or any kind of added security, but nothing has changed. Since I moved here, thieves have basically been using this place for free car parts. Arcadian Apartments has been my home for the past six years, and as I prepare to relocate, it’s bittersweet. The staff have always treated me with kindness, and any issues I had were promptly addressed. I can truly say they care about their residents. This community will always hold a special place in my heart.
