I beg you please re-consider before moving here. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for months/years where marijuana smoke repeatedly enters my apartment through the ventilation system. This has been reported multiple times to management, but the issue continues without resolution. The odor is often strong enough to affect the usability of my unit, including sleep and use of the common areas. When leadership fails, the consequences are reflected throughout. I hope everyone is paying attention to the tactics being used to discourage people from sharing their negative experiences at this complex. It feels as though all of Mother Nature has been brought inside the apartments rather than remaining outside where it belongs. During my search for an apartment, I visited numerous complexes. Upon my arrival at Arcadian the grounds were clean and well kept. The office staff were welcoming and professional. My agent Zarya was personable and pleasant. The units were renovated and well maintained. Zarya answered all of my questions and was helpful and responsive during the application process. Everything was done efficiently and effectively. I'm excited to move into my new apartment. A special thanks to Zarya and the entire staff.

We’ve lived here 6 years and we love it. The community is close knit, very pet friendly and everyone is pleasant from the leasing staff, maintenance staff and community as a whole. Haven’t had any rodent or pest issues either. You have to come check it out ……
