I’m pretty happy with the new managers Loretta and Kelly. They are reliable, professional, and easy to get along with.
Today I was so depressed until I walked into the office of 44th St Arcadia Walk and the New building manger Loretta spoke positive words as she always does .. into my life .. I'm not getting evicted... I know to most it doesn't seem like much .. but when you are a single father with two very young daughters and also taking care of your mama with hypertension arthritis diabetes and glaucoma in both s Eyes .. life can be a bit stressful.. Writing a review blaming management for the dog crap that appears over the weekend is completely unfair. They took care of the situation the minute they arrived Monday morning and put out texts and emails informing tenants AGAIN about the rules of cleaning up after your own dog. I have a little dog and I don’t like seeing the BIG dog poops I saw but to write a review before giving management a chance to take action is rude and completely unfair. Every day...EVERY SINGLE DAY!! I walk out to see multiple piles of dog feces, and aside from text messages to the community, Arcadia Walk has done nothing to actively hold residence accountable! How does management propose to rectify this? I am involving corporate, because nothing is being done within Arcadia Walk complex to effectively address this ongoing issue which is just getting worse!! Between buildings 5 & 7.
