Nice place
Kiera is a nice person and Carmen is too,but I haven't been here a month and already had my vehicle towed,a leaking ceiling, leaking toilet valve and hose,and a tentant who was falsely told that my unit was available to view and walked in to my leased unit unknowingly with the use of a key provided by management.as a previous tenant to another Chamberlain and associates property(Hidden Village),I'm completely unsatisfied and I'm looking forward to moving at the end of my lease, renters remorse totally.
Day 1 of ... In the year and a half that I have lived here, the experience has been less than pleasant and I would not choose or suggest to any prospective tenant that this is a place to call home. In October of 2024, my apartment flooded from a negligently repaired and inspected AC chiller unit in the ceiling. Arcadia walk!! They keep adding charges on your rent every single month..Your rent goes up, up.I signed a contract for12 months, the amount of rent they told me that I would be paying, it started at $1,275 now its almost at $1,500, I've only been here almost 4 months that's it. This is ridiculous. It's a nice place inside my apartment and the location is convenient for my job and shopping.. At first the management was bad. Since Kierra came it’s been awesome. Clean, good location, decent price,and again Kierra is awesome. You can tell she cares.
