I normally do not leave reviews, but our experience here has been beyond frustrating. DONT LET THE TOUR FOOL YOU, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Before moving in, I specifically toured and agreed to an upgraded unit. Then on moving day, we found out the apartment was not actually upgraded at all. Their solution was to move us into another upgraded unit that I had already said I did not want because it was mostly carpet and on the top floor. Loretta & litzi there were super amazing and help me a lot I definitely recommend this place love there energy I am beyond and blessed that they help me with a lot…no words can explain how I am happy and grateful
I lived here about 2 years ago and loved it. First time living alone and it was super chill. Fast forward I had to figure out my moving situation unexpectedly and like within days! They were super friendly and responsive. The process was so smooth and I was moved in within a week! That’s unheard of! Grateful for them and so glad I’m back here!
Arcadia walks is the best opportunity I’ve ever had. From the first time I walked into the front office Loretta and her staff have been wonderful. The day I arrived for my key they welcomed me into the community with warm heart. Upon arriving to my apartment there was all new appliances, new flooring, cabinets and a new washer and dryer set. Ooooooooo, I love the apartment and I full respect the staff. Thank you Arcadia for this opportunity.
