Constant noise ordinance issues. It’s 2:30 am and some Ukrainian music is blaring. Management will leave a comment on all reviews doing nothing and how they are unable to do anything. Hire a security person to drive around at night and control the noise Expecially with the folks living closer to the trails. Honestly, I just hope and pray the entire thing burns down so we can all get some peace.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Arcadia has a list of problems that a person spending thousands of dollars on a 950 sqft unit should not have to deal with. Theft, maintenance, bad neighbors, and pests are all problems YOU will have to deal with a on regular basis living here. If I would've known how this apt complex was I would've never moved in here our vehicles have been broken into numerous times they say they have a Jacuzzi but it hasn't worked in a long time doesn't matter the pool closes at 5 the manager is not nice is so uncaring and cold the other employees are great though they are all nice the manager should take note it's way to expensive for what u get oh and the parking is horrendous
I am new to the area and was currently looking around for a home for my family and i. I am so glad they show they poor service prior to signing a lease. Lea email me asking when we will like to view the property. I email her 3 times to verify will 3pm May 5th still a good time. I called here about 8 times but no answer but they office suppose to be open . 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! #DANIELLEFLAVIUS
