Best place to live!
I gave it 4 stars only because the agent was a bit late. Once the tour began, she was knowledgeable, personable and very informative. I really enjoyed the experience and my child received the information needed to make an informed decision about his first off-campus housing.

Arcadia is beautiful and great amenities. It is not free from typical student living flaws, but routinely advocating for any issues that arise tends to do the trick! Great location for students, several amenities catering specifically to uncc students. Overall a pretty good choice, I’ve renewed twice and convinced my current roommate to move here from her prior apartment👍👍
