I am highly disappointed with Arcadia Student Living. I paid for the elite apartment and received a fridge that smells, broken cabinets, and old carpet when new carpet was promised. My roommates and I had a problem with another roommate, and when we called the office because she was threatening us, nothing was done. I was put into a place where I paid way more money than I was told I would have to. Not to mention the fees that were required when paying. I love my townhouse here!! I just love my townhouse. It is so cute. I love my room, very spacious!! Parking is really easy and you don’t even have to really pay for a reserve spot.
They have the best amenities a round! I recommend Arcadia to anyone looking for an apartment close to campus.
