Nice place, nice apartments, nice piles of dog crap an inch off the sidewalk that you can track through your apartment because people are too lazy to pick up after their dogs.
I have lived here since 2021, and unfortunately, my experience has steadily declined despite my rent increasing by over 20% in just four years. While the community itself is pleasant, management has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—especially disappointing given the rent now exceeds $2,500 per month. I love living here. The apartments are very nice, many amenities, the pool is beautiful and not too crowded, amd plenty of parking
My move into this apartment was great. The staff was attentive and responsive to the needs at had when I moved in. Jennifer Zambrano was wonderful in providing me the type of flooring(carpet/tile) I needed when I moved. Great customer experience!
