My move into this apartment was great. The staff was attentive and responsive to the needs at had when I moved in. Jennifer Zambrano was wonderful in providing me the type of flooring(carpet/tile) I needed when I moved. Great customer experience!
Horrendous Service, I spoke with Ivy online, had a virtual meeting with Jennifer where both knew I had started a new job in Manassas and encouraged me to apply, I loved the apartment complex and the virtual tour was eager to move into one of their 4 available units. I went through the application process and sent in my offer letter as a form of income verification well over their minimum income requirements for 1-bedroom units. The apartments, facilities and property is beautiful. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and honest. I moved out of state for work and while I was moving out I accidentally made an extra payment on my rent. They caught this mistake that I didn't even notice and reimbursed me. 10/10 reccommend if you're looking to move into the area. If I were still in Virginia, I'd still be there.
The office staff is terrible. They should train their employees, and for the price of the apartments, they should hire more professional people.
Great dealing with Brianna. I move in in a week and she was very helpful and made my moving experience very easy and was always a pleasure to deal with.
