The staff was great. I would recommend this office to all my friends.
I was late to the last appointment of the day and the technician was kind enough to stay and do my mammogram so I wouldn’t have to reschedule. Everyone there is so nice and friendly! They make the process so easy and you’re done in a reasonably short amount of time. I highly recommend them!
Bertha, front desk staff was found to be unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude. She did not check the records before telling us that I did not have an appointment. Also, my husband also came for the x-ray at the same time. He had to wait for more than an hour.
i have been going to this place for my mamo. They seem pretty good and they seem to care. Yesterday's technician was aweful, very careless and unapologetic! She even messed up one side and had to do it again, again with no apologies! in the past, technicians seemed very sympathetic and that somehow eases the pain of the exam!
