I can't say enough nice things about Stephanie. She walked me through the application apps and was so helpful taking the time to make sure everything was done correctly and her demeanor was such that I felt she is a genuinely nice person who really cares about her residents and property and the door is open if there is anything you need. Appreciate the management team, maintenance and landscapers!!!
August 2024 , I like to say that Ms.Stephanie the rental leasing agent is such a professional and pleasant lady and the front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful .Me and my Husband located from Ohio and was unsure of where to live after many challenges and unsure areas .but after talking to Stephanie she made it more easy to make the transition of ease with less stressfulness .The units are nice for the price and we can see the improvements and great location . I've been living here for 9 months and like the apartment. But my neighbor's dog barks outside on the patio in the middle of the night and the managment can't or won't do anything about it. Also, I'm very disappointed that the pool and hot tub haven't been open all summer. I've asked a dozen times and they keep telling me it'll be open soon. It's now October and still 100 degrees out but no place to cool off. I've had to take several staycations just to get some sun and water... terrible.
I'm a current resident at Arcadia pointe I would like to write this review for stephanie, she's a sweet girl friendly and eager to help us residents. Very understanding and devoted to her job and I consider her to be an asset got whoever's she works for!
I had originally posted a not so kind review on here due to some rough issues within my first 6 months living here. HOWEVER, Yazmin the property manager and I have come a long way since March of 2022. I genuinely feel as though she goes above and beyond to help the people and the property excel and improve on a daily basis. The property and building are older yes, but I am able to go to her and she always makes herself available and accessible so that I feel as though I am heard when I go to her with concerns.
