Michelle Amazingly Friendly professional person property is immaculate. Definitely on top of work orders and keeping things up-to-date and clean. The Office team is great. Good place to live work or do business highly recommend very reasonable pricing as well.
BEWARE: Terrible experience after 4 years of living there. Manager has horrendous customer service/bedside manner. Literally had to plead with them to do their jobs. After 4 years they told me I had no lease on file and so would not receive any kind of refund. After over 10 weeks of calling corporate in Colorado and going up the chain of command, I received a refund $500 less than it should have been. Will never again rent from Paul’s Corp or Ava North.
