Recently toured this complex and was not very impressed. Base rent may be affordable yet they add many hidden fees. On top of a $75 application fee they charge a $175 holding fee that is non-refundable. Your security deposit is non-refundable (they call it something else but that’s what it is). They also charge $150 each month for water/sewer/ trash. Internet is the only thing included. For very low square footage it is not a very good deal. The grounds are nice and well maintained. The pool was very clean.
No recomiendo estas residencias para nada la sra pilar es una señora muy grosera siempre está de mal humor no te busca soluciones de verdad no sé cómo los dueños tienes una manager así sentada en la recepción de este condominio aparta el aire no sirve es un problema con el control de plagas etc no recomiendo que vivan en esta residencia es lo peor que hay en Phoenix
