The people that work at the Stillwater building is great but the staff that works at Arcadia Park Apartments in North Saint Paul is very dishonest and will lie to your face with a smile and will do anything for money on and off the books I have lived in Arcadia Park Apartments for 8 years and I had enough so I'm moving on to greener pastures.
