Received the unit uncleaned despite over a month of the unit being empty before we moved in. Acora is very quick to schedule any cleaning/maintenance you request, but the unit should have already been cleaned. The floors have many cracks/are unfinished and look perpetually dirty. There are also cockroaches that come through the drains and the vents. The windows don’t have proper locks and are jammed shut by a wooden dowel. if I could give this zero, I would. These buildings are so old and moldy they are completely falling apart in front of you. They slapped on some new paint and door fixtures and called it new. There was no lighting in our apartment, roaches everywhere in the summer, they loved the dark damp apartment. Things were constantly breaking, giant water pockets filled our ceiling, maintenance would barely do anything. On top of all of that -we had mice in our walls that made their way into our apartment.
