The staff at Arcadia Neuropsychology was amazing, super friendly, and well-educated professional staff! I encountered them for an evaluation before having a spinal stimulation device implanted. They listened to my health history, I completed a couple of patient assessments that took 10-15 minutes and I was done. Highly recommend! As a healthcare professional (ICU RN) we tend to be very selective and picky looking for exceptional bedside manners and care from the whole office. Dr. Klinck took care of my father with dementia with testing that is required to get long term care. Even though my dad disliked all doctors he walked away saying he really liked Dr. Klinck and would go back. I went here awhile ago, the front staff and the assistant were very kind people. At the end you have to do this questionnaire alone, which is extremely difficult as 90% of the questions don't make sense, especially since there's no context. But since youre made to sit in a room alone, you cant ask for help (even if you came in because you have communication issues to where you dont even feel you speak your native language natively) which made the report I read sound like someone I've never met before.
