My personal experience is these people think it's a game. The fsp oeogram is a joke i was part of it for 15 years and remains unhoused or stuck in the revolving doir game. I transferd my case to enky and am permantly housed in 90 days. Life so much better with stability . Fsp is a waste of tax money.
