Highest quality work at the slowest possible pace. If you have 2-3 years for a project pick them. If you want something done in a timely manner go elsewhere. The owner Mike, told us our project would be done by Christmas. It’s mid June and the work is still crawling along. Too many projects at once to have a full team working on any project. Can’t find reliable sub contractors either. Happy to change this review if more than 2 workers start showing up. It’s not the quality of work it’s timeliness that is so frustrating.
Arcadia Kitchen and Bath helped me renovate my kitchen. The design process was creative and fun. They listened carefully to my needs and desires and made great suggestions I hadn't considered. I especially love my big butcher block countertop, the pull out drawer cabinets--so much extra space! and my farmhouse sink and soapstone counters. Great communication and follow through during the entire process!
We want to praise the people that made this experience a 5/5. Caitlin, Katie, Emily and Matt D!! Remodeling is no joke! So much prep work with Caitlin and Katie as the designers and they really truly listened to our wants and needs! They had beautiful ideas and the more we worked with them, the more their ideas intertwined with mine to create the most beautiful kitchen and master bathroom!! Their communication was on point!!! Innapropriate behaving employees, would not recommend to any woman who enjoys feeling safe.
They don’t pay their subcontractors, so their subs then file a lien on your house, and you are left holding the bag.
