Worst Worst experience. Zero commitment false information no value of words. I will never recommend any one to buy from them. I was dealing with one of your sales team member in Lilywood landing she shook on the deal and she told us that she will not sell this to anyone after that she stopped picking our call and stop replying us. Because of her commitment we have lost the other deal. Its shame
Love the onsite updates that we get. Made it easier being out of state whilst our build was happening. Supervisor even face timed us during a walk thru so we could ask questions. Have been in my home for a few months now and couldn't be happier!
Such a great experience building with Arcadia Homes in 2022/2023. Mitch’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction was second to none. Mitch takes pride in his work and everything is completed to a very high standard. It was seamless from start to handover as we often dealt directly with Mitch, and any changes requested were made easily without a fuss. Highly recommend and would definitely build with Arcadia again.
Worst builders. Purchased a brand new home from these guys, and was absolutely disgusted with the results. I ended up getting a private inspection on the build only for the inspector to find several major and minor defects. I have since sold the property and I would never recommend Mitchell and his team.
