First 2 weeks with this company for services for my mom and the lack of scheduling competence is evident. Disappointing as they were our first pick, hoping they're able to remedy this and turn it around. Edited to say we fired this company after a month with them. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I don’t usually share reviews, but I felt that I had to this time. Liz, Randi & Dani Are the absolute BEST!!! They All truly care & it shows!❤️ They are committed to doing anything & everything in there power so that you have the best experience possible🙏 I just can’t say enough good things about this company!!! Definitely are amazing truly! Most places are just about a paycheck, but not Arcadia home care, 10 out of 10 for sure!💕

Worked here for almost a year (Aug 23) and absolutely love what I do and the company and clients I work for and with. I think I do a pretty good job for the most part and i am always getting asked back by any client I may cover a shift for!! Plus other people who i was introduced to with or by another client have called and requested me and unfortunately there is only one of me. And unfortunately my normal clients have senority.
