If I could leave a zero and not choose one star I would. This is the very worst staffing company I have ever seen. They always had trouble staffing the weekend and when their aides called off. On top of the type of aids they sent out was just unbelievable!!! One literally left my dad lay in his feces, and walked out the door and left him and abandoned him. If you love your loved one, never use this company! :(
I have been a hha for over 9 years 8 of which were with a private client which my resume plainly states i applied for arcaida i had a interview and the lady gave me the papers to fill out for a new hire. Then she told me she couldnt hire me because i didnt have enough professional experience. Thats odd because even if i had no experience their post for indeed plainly says no experience needed! The staff is overworked treated poorly and also goes weeks to months without being paid
