I have been working here quite a few years and the reviews from years ago were perhaps relevant then, was everyone under a rock or, did they miss the healthcare crisis Covid-19 brought to the field where it was nearly impossible to find people who were able AND willing to work. Don’t work here if you don’t plan to get paid. I worked there for a gentleman and did 30 hours and never did I receive a paycheck. They said we will send it in the mail and that was back in January. I would never recommend them to anyone

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. We have a family member who has services on the weekend through this company. It has been an ONGOING STRUGGLE trying to get their staff to show up on time to watch him. When you call the on call number to let them know their staff DID NOT show up AGAIN they give you the run around that they have no one to cover that person that didn't show up. They are VERY unprofessional and absolutely do not care about the consumers they are supposed to be servicing. Several of the staff that ... read more
