I had a similar experience to this review left by another. This place should be prosecuted. Theresa R. Is miserable to work with in my opinion. Office staff are rude and could care less about their patients. Caregivers are few and far between. Very low staffing and even less communication. I would suggest putting in cameras if you are stuck with this agency. So grateful to be able to take out the trash and start anew. If you scroll down and see Julie Nye’s review just know she is supervisor there.

Omg these people are a joke charee and cherish are liars! Keep putting the blame on one another. Had me drive 25 minutes each way just to tell me the spot was gone. I called before I arrived so I don’t waste my time and still was lied to. I wldnt work for these ppl if it was the only place hiring. What a joke. Knowing the position was filled. Call me if they want to ima let them have it. Was just looking to make some extra cash. Not with this company. A JOKE!!!!

Arcadia has provided care for my 92 year old father for 15 months. Every caregiver is kind, patient and well trained. My dad doesn’t hear well and the caregivers are patient, even writing to communicate with him. The scheduler bends over backwards to ensure that all shifts are covered for my Dad. I highly recommend this company.
