I moved into Element on the Loop May 2024. That move in day I was given keys that didn’t work, I had to call maintenance where they had to come to my apartment 9/10pm & unlock the door for me. That same week I got a call saying that I owed prorated rent, mind you my move in date was May 1st. I explained that couldn’t be possible & I was told that they’d call me later to explain everything. My family has lived there for 14 months when they moved into ELEMENT ON THE LOOP the ceiling in the first bathroom in their apartment was soft. Then something happened upstairs in the above apartment, and created a huge bubble of water over the tub. It is now 4 months in, there's a big hole in the ceiling with black mold with a newborn baby in this apartment. And they have put my family off to get this fixed.This is a health hazard.It is unacceptable and now they're pushing it out another half of a month to the middle of Oct... read more
Very rude workers
I am very happy here. I have an upgraded 1 bedroom 1 bathroom room it’s 650square feet so it’s very spacious and has plenty of storage places. I have a washer and dryer in my apartment which is nice. I love the floor plan especially the double doors in the bedroom and the split vanity on one side and shower and toilet on other so it’s very good for privacy
You get what you pay for. PROS: - Maintenance is on time and orderly; I moved in with a broken dishwasher and that was fixed but only after I made a request (after an inspection was done?) . The maintenance staff clearly works hard and are very kind and prompt. - The community itself is very quiet and calm. - I enjoy my living space for what it is.
