You get what you pay for. PROS: - Maintenance is on time and orderly; I moved in with a broken dishwasher and that was fixed but only after I made a request (after an inspection was done?) . The maintenance staff clearly works hard and are very kind and prompt. - The community itself is very quiet and calm. - I enjoy my living space for what it is. The best part of this complex is the lack of roaches. But don't be mistaken, that's nothing compared to the problems. Don't come here in search of amenities like a pool, they're so hit or miss on whether they're open (IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER MIND YOU) or clean. Maintenance requests aren't handled in a timely manner, sometimes they're not handled at all. I've never lived in an apartment where the pools aren't open in the mornings or we'll taken care of. If I'm paying to have a pool, I'd like to be able to USE the pool(s).

As a contractor I really appreciate the management and office. They are organized and well prepared for our work. Communication is excellent and they really make it worth working there!

I really enjoy living here. I had some problems in the past, but ever since they hired Nicole, everything has been handled efficiently. She has truly made my experience here amazing. The improvements she's making to this place and the properties are noticeable and much appreciated. Thank you so much for all your help and hard work, Nicole.
