De Lee is very nice and has a lot of patience and good standards, on the other hand staff is horrible, unreliable, layers and give the run around, unprofesional.
Visited in Feb 2023. I would give 4 stars to the doctor who's kind and caring. He didn't give me unnecessary treatment instead he provided some advices on daily activity which can address my concern. The reason I am giving 1 star here because the lady at reception didn't have any manner. When making appointment over the phone, she out of blue asked me if i can speak mandarin (it's understandable since majority in Arcadia is Asian) and when i said no she became rude over tone (that made me uncomfortable). Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing they always try to help you as much as possible, they will go out of their way to request authorizations and tend to patients with such compassion. My son has been going to him on and off since he was 10 years old and even when he has to have scary procedures Dr. Lee has helped him feel calm😊 I highly recommend him.
