Klanseck is the absolute best doctor you will Ever have in your life. If you get into him consider yourself lucky.
Expect for it to take a few hours to get through to someone. The receptionist I personally spoke to clearly had a rough day and no patience left to spare a moment of her time. Online states they take new patients but do not be fooled, this is false information. The waitlist is over 300 people long of which they will not be adding. They cannot recommend another local doctor either. They may have a great doctor but good luck getting in to see for yourself.
I had a balance I owed them from a visit, and I didn't pay on time and the staff was very understanding and worked with me. I was also aware that I owed because I received and EOB from my insurance company. So, I couldn't act naive and like I didn't know. They bend over backwards for their patients.
