I lived in this apartment for 8 months and experienced several serious issues: 1、Towing problems – the apartment appears to work with a towing company to tow and auction cars. 2、Unfair deposit deductions – they withheld my security deposit and even charged me an extra $100, claiming there was dust in the corners and “signs of use” on appliances. Christian Galarza and Daisy Bermudez have been so helpful, they even literally helped me move my TV! Thank you all for helping me so much with this move. This complex has to be the nicest one in Orlando, and I'm willing to bet the front office has a lot to do with this based on what I've seen. Thanks!
