First Visit: I drove nearly two hours to see Dr. Victor De Los Santos because I genuinely trust his care. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was incredibly disappointing. Not only did I wait an additional hour past my scheduled appointment time, but the receptionist, Vanessa, repeatedly mishandled my patient records and dental insurance information.
