I’ve been to Arcadia Dentistry a few times now for a crown, filling, and cleaning, and every visit has been a great experience. From the moment I walk in, the front desk team is always so welcoming and friendly, which immediately makes me feel comfortable. Ruby, my dental hygienist, was amazing—she was kind, informative, and took the time to explain everything in a really clear and helpful way. I had a great experience at Arcadia Dentistry! The dentist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was just as impressive—super friendly, welcoming, and organized, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. This office seems more focused on enforcing fees than caring for patients. I had been to this dental office three times and even brought my children in for care, planning to continue as a long-term patient. I initially thought I just had a mild cold and would still be able to make my appointment. However, my symptoms worsened and my coughing became severe, making it impossible for me to undergo dental treatment. I left a voicemail about two days before my appointment to reschedule.
