As a contractor working with Josh I can say that without a doubt that Joshau has yet to pay contractors under him work job completed and that are up and running. Please refrain from using this general contracting company.
Josh did a great job communicating with me and my landlord on a major and complex home repair. He fixed a number of issues with care and expertise.
Josh and his team were excellent. We needed roof/attic/ceiling & dry wall/paint work after the big winter storm. From beginning to end everyone was friendly, professional, showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, cleaned up and always went over what was completed each day with me. Josh was a dream to work with. He was extremely thorough from the bid process all the way through the job. His team worked quickly and neatly, working long hours to get our job done within our tight deadline. He was easy to communicate with and was always very responsive.
