Every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, the response has been prompt, and the team has taken care of plumbing, electrical, and other issues quickly and thoroughly. The day before my scheduled move-in, there was a water leak in the bathroom, which required me to postpone my move by a week. However, the management handled the situation very well, and I ultimately moved into a clean apartment with no issues.
