Natalie, Amber, and Brittany are always super helpful in the leasing office and maintenance is always top notch! Any time I have a repair they are on top of it. For the price and location it’s a great place to rent and super convenient for my commute! Definitely recommend and will be continuing my lease when it’s time to sign another contract.
Arcadia's maintenance team are prompt to respond, professional tin assessing the issue, and continue until the problem has been remedied. They are positive and friendly to have around. Good job, guys!
It's true they're full of cockroaches. How unpleasant, and the worst part is that they never fix it. The air conditioning never worked, and they just came to pretend to look and did nothing.
