Arcadia's maintenance team are prompt to respond, professional tin assessing the issue, and continue until the problem has been remedied. They are positive and friendly to have around. Good job, guys!
It's true they're full of cockroaches. How unpleasant, and the worst part is that they never fix it. The air conditioning never worked, and they just came to pretend to look and did nothing.

When I tell you that I will definitely start out by saying... You have a great property. You just have to spruce up a few things. I'd really appreciate if you all throughly go through your apartments before someone moves in and makes sure that nothing is missing, all repairs and resets are made. I feel if you hired a cleaning company to help your property could definitely do a great deal. Get that mold issue under control before you cause some people to develop respiratory problems, or end up having additional health problem... read more
