Living here is pretty good. It's generally well maintained. It's super close to campus (10 minutes from all my classes) and relatively cheap. Most of the guys in the ward are all from this complex so that's sweet. Minor problems though. There's 40 dudes on 1 water heater so don't expect a warm shower every morning, or night, or for a day or two. Also, no AC. Have fun! I certainly have!
Lived here nearly six full semesters. Love it! It’s cheap and close to campus, that’s all I need 🙌

I have absolutely loved living here. Place is small but it is so cozy and provides a great environment, worth the value.
