My parents have been waiting for the mail key for 3 months. Every time I give a call. They said they ordered but still have not received it. When my parents moved in, they did an inspection. Some stuff needed to be fixed. They said it would be fixed before they moved in, but they still have not gotten fixed. My parents are really disappointed in them.
Please place cameras and take control over the garbage rooms, managment is part of the problem when action is not taken, a lot of tenant's kids keep throwing the garbage out of the chute making the hall stink really bad, this happens when there are not cameras, please set some rules and fines @Managment. I once left a five star review on here and after living here for a few months, I could not have been more wrong. If you’re looking to live here, good luck. Take the negative reviews on here seriously because they are the true experience here. I know I wrote a lot, but I want you to know more than we did and hopefully help a few others. Beautiful apartments but overly priced
I’m not being dramatic when I saw there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. Outside especially & have found multiple in the hallways as well as right outside our door (We don’t have a dog). This building would be nice if the residents took care of it.
