I had the experience 9 mths ago to search for aged care for my , then , 91 yr old aunt. I was inexperienced and uneducated, it was a huge responsibility. Arcadia Essendon has been an absolutely 100% positive experience. Im not sure if its my aunts deserved karma coming to fruition , or if its the efficient , amazing staff. My aunt was soooo fiercely independant, but one too many falls at home told me it was time. I have an auntie that is staying here and I would say that they give her amazing care and a very warm and friendly and it makes you feel great that they’re being looked after properly as when they get older and their memory starts to fade you want them to be in a great place and I really do believe that this place is been amazing for my auntie.
These guys are just pure angels.
This is a beautifully run place and it's designed to be bright and welcoming.It is very well maintained and very clean.
