I have an auntie that is staying here and I would say that they give her amazing care and a very warm and friendly and it makes you feel great that they’re being looked after properly as when they get older and their memory starts to fade you want them to be in a great place and I really do believe that this place is been amazing for my auntie.
These guys are just pure angels.
This is a beautifully run place and it's designed to be bright and welcoming.It is very well maintained and very clean.
I Cannot speak more highly of the High Level of Care,Empathy & Consideration, experienced & seen, of The Staff. The palpable,sincere Care, like no other encountered & experienced @ other Care Homes-before a placing became available @ Arcadia. We had Friends & Family tell us of their wonderful Real, experiences & Most of all, allows,such ‘Peace Of Mind’ for them, Staff are truly,One Big caring Family’!
