I am still it receiving my washer - dryer after 8 mos.. I did not turn down the maintenance assistance. As manager Lisa Curtis stated … I simply asked please do not put on the washer., as it leaked and I had to have commercial water extracting machines placed in my unit. To not please inspect and turn on the new one for the extreme flooding of the machine. I’ve been here 5 months now the location is great, I have a short commute to work and can walk to the grocery store if I want. The apartment is older and cozy nice size rooms. I’ve had a few thing like the AC, washer and dryer go out at different times, but the maintenance guy Michael has been on point, and got thing fixed fairly quick. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the office one day saw him on the property he was very helpful and took care of the problem the same day.
We are former residence (6 years ago) and nothing has gotten better if anything the facilities have gotten worse and service has been challenging to get. There’s not grass but mud and water under the tree in front of our unit. Why not just make it into desert landscaping? It’s better for the environment and uses less water - for Suppoedly 3 strands of grass at a time. Dishwasher broke more than a month ago. Several maintenance requests completed. Two weeks ago the maintenance guy confirmed that the pump is broken and that we will receive a new dishwasher. Maintenance came again two days ago and marked the ticket completed. I ran a cycle to check...the pump is still not pumping water out! Still broken, still no replaced dishwasher. Empty apts get new appliances constantly, and tenant turnover is also constant - but a tenant who has lived there for over 6 years can't get a replacement app... read more
