The New Manager and Office personnel have really gotten things in order. The new pest control company has made the difference with bugs. There used to be a weird small black Beatles that would collect and die in the corner outside my back door. And that hasn't been a problem anymore. Any time I have had an issue with my appliances, they've made it a point to take care of it right away. I just signed my lease for another year. I'm comfortable in my apartment. My dogs love the backyard space.
I have been living here for about 5 months now and have not experienced this type of service this new management Lisa Curtis and Marisa both in the office they have both said that I am a liar my A.C unit went out on Friday july 31st It was not able to get resolved that day so the best they could give me was a small portable a.c unit I asked Marisa at the front desk if there was anyway me and my family could be placed in a different apartment unit while they resolve it because I didn’t want to have my children in the apartmen... read more
The new management, Lisa Curtis Manager, to Marisa front desk, and Francisco with the Matience including the rest of there team, really go above all measures & beyond! There has been significant changes since they join the team and took over.. they already have made some really positive changes throughout the community in such a short spand of time being with the community and here apart of This complex. I am still it receiving my washer - dryer after 8 mos.. I did not turn down the maintenance assistance. As manager Lisa Curtis stated … I simply asked please do not put on the washer., as it leaked and I had to have commercial water extracting machines placed in my unit. To not please inspect and turn on the new one for the extreme flooding of the machine. Dishwasher broke more than a month ago. Several maintenance requests completed. Two weeks ago the maintenance guy confirmed that the pump is broken and that we will receive a new dishwasher. Maintenance came again two days ago and marked the ticket completed. I ran a cycle to check...the pump is still not pumping water out! Still broken, still no replaced dishwasher. Empty apts get new appliances constantly, and tenant turnover is also constant - but a tenant who has lived there for over 6 years can't get a replacement app... read more
