This property really stood out to me because of the customer service alone! Not only was the leasing consultant really nice but the manager came out of her office just to introduce herself, and the maintenance guy (Mike I believe), also came over to introduced himself while we were touring. My boyfriend and I felt very welcomed. Highly considering moving here!
I have been living here for 2 years, I Love the New Management they are reliable and prompt to respond to any concerns I have, I love living here, it is a great location and my apartment and the balcony area is so nice and spacious. I spend lots of time in the pool that is always sparkly blue. I do recommend this community!
I toured this complex the other day and I have to say for the price it is a fantastic property. The staff was wonderful and answered all of my questions. I am moving from out of state and don’t know a lot about Phoenix so I had a lot of questions. I love the color scheme of the apartments, it really gives them a modern look. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even though I toured Arcadia virtually from out of state, Hunter (the Manager) and Catherine (the Leasing Agent) made me feel like I was right there in person. They went out of their way to answer every question, walk me through the property, and make sure I had all the info I needed. The community is spotless, the amenities are amazing, and the pricing is such a great value compared to other places I’ve looked at nearby. I can honestly say this is the first property that’s made me excited to move across the country.
Had the best tour yesterday afternoon with the new management. I had already gone once before, but this time everything was much more organized, and I finally got all the information I needed.
