Arcade Carpet One was great! They have personalized service and friendly sales people. The sales people are very informed and make me feel confident in my decision of flooring as well as flooring store. My floor came with many warranties and looks fantastic, the installation department called to remind me and help to make sure I was prepared for the installers. By far the best carpet place we've ever shopped, the salesman are very knowledgable and take the time to work you. Excellent install too, highly recommended.
They moved 7850 Rossville Blvd, Nottingham, MD 21236 (posting as of Aug 2016) Fair price, but I'm reviewing the service. When I vacuumed it felt loose. My boyfriend said I was picky. Vernon from sales came to look at it. He agreed, it was looser than it should have been. Scott was out the next day kicking and stretching it again. Now I'm thrilled. It's been in 6+ months and still looks new. He was right, it's not crushing in the wear areas
No response to request for receipts, unauthorized charges on credit card. Promised refunds and did not deliver. I am a small business owner and have done business with this company for many years. Within this year there was a complete change in management and since that point my relationship has been turbulent to say the least. We have had an absolutely horrible experience with Arcade Floors Carpet One Floor & Home. Arcade Floor fraudulently charged us an additional $2768 on a job that was completed a month late. Their customer service has been reprehensible throughout the process. We implore you to stay away from this terrible company.
