RecommendedWe were tenants here for 2 years before we bought our new house and we loved this place. So quiet, clean, neighbors were nice, very spacious bedroom and closets, maintenance are fast and very safe place to live in. I absolutely recommend this townhome.
Anyone that has anything positive to say either probably got paid or works there... In my opinion.... Look at the only positive remark. Sounds like she is trying to sell her home nothing to do with my first TRUE REVIEW .. I have papers proving everything .People it's your money live where you want.
I love my townhome at Arcade Estates West. I looked throughout the entire northeast and St. Paul area and was astounded at how this rental was so far better than any others. Compare for yourself. I have attached private garage with storage space, laundry in my unit, private patio/deck, ON TRAILS AND PONDS and better than updated since it s brand NEW beautiful construction! I moved into my NEW townhome March 2011, so approximently 6 months ago. It has been a nightmare with the utility bills since I have moved in. Pam, whom is the property on site manager, informed myself, my mother and my boyfriend that the utilities that would be owed to Excel Energy every month would be approx 70 dollars. in 7 days, I have no electricity because the bills are almost 200 dollars a month.
