Our latest Apartment manager--Shemiko Harris -- is passionate about Arcade holding up its part of the bargain for residents. That means she cares about the residents and she gives time/energy/and her ample personal power, to taking care of issues continually brought up: HVAC/Parking/bad tenants/bad guests/invited guests/security/elevator breakdowns/equipment breakdowns/thefts/studio & amenities usage issues/ pest control/ etc... office full of people yet remains closed, doesn't answer calls/emails and ghosts
i want to leave an EXCELLENT review of the Arcade Apartments, as I recently did an Absolutely Amazing tour with Terrill, as our guide. it was so wonderful learning about the beautiful history of the building itself. There is so much to offer and the variety of floor plans/living space options is like none Ive seen before. the leasing staff just seems to be incredibly rude and borderline incompetent. the application process has been a nightmare and they hardly answer the phone or seem to show up for work at all just from the one week experience I had while trying to apply. i would steer clear from any of the apartments within the management company period.
