I been to the store a few times customer service has been great. They always answer my questions and try to help me the best they can.
On a previous visit to Arc3 gasses a gentleman working politely told me the bottles didn’t fit but showed me what attachment I would need to purchase and how much it would cost to fill the bottles once I had the attachment. I ordered the attachment and returned today to be rudely told upon entering that they don’t fill soda stream, when I tried to explain that I ordered the attachment like the previous employee explained he just kept repeating we don’t fill soda stream.
Helpful staff, efficient service, was out with an argon tank in minutes.
