Himsanshu is a healer in all senses of the word. If I’m hurt, the first person I call is Himanshu. His understanding of holistic healing where he integrates yoga and massage has been more effective for me to heal from injury then any form of treatment I’ve tried before. This is hands down the best massage I have had. I have had multiple work related issues with my shoulder and lower back. After attending just one massage session, my stiffness and pain were gone. I recommend Arc Yoga & Massage to anyone wanting to eliminate issues with their body. The cupping is awesome as well!

This is the best massage I’ve ever received. I walked in feeling like my body was out of control, I couldn’t bend without hip pain, my spine just felt crunched. My ankle hurt. I could feel the energy movements during the massage. Felt so much better afterward. My massage therapist was certainly gifted in his techniques! Absolutely no complaints!

Himanshu is a master. I have had many massage by different people in the past with my lifelong bad back. He has made me feel better than anyone else has by far. He gives me hope for actually feeling better in the future!
