We had a couple issues with our roof (from a different contractor). Our roof is only about 6 years old. When we contacted ARC Roofing, Ryan quickly responded and came out. Ryan made a couple quick repairs on the first trip. Ryan said he would be back a few days later. Ryan showed up when he said he would, and he quickly completed the remaining repairs. ARC was amazing to work with! Jillian was always quick to respond to any questions I had and easy to work with. The team that replaced our roof was efficient and very clean. I have to give Arc a five star rating, but i would love to give them ten. I had a terrible situation when my insurance would not help me cover the storm damage to my roof. It took so much time and energy but Arc stayed with me the entire way while I struggled to secure the funding. In between they fought on my behalf, helped mitigate the damage and handled it with class the entire year and a half long ordeal. There really could not have been a better company to handle my roof, and i will continue using them in the future.
