I deeply regret hiring ARC Roofing, LLC for my home project. The crew showed up late multiple times, and when they finally started, the workmanship was sloppy and rushed. I noticed uneven shingles, poor sealing, and several spots where nails were sticking out. To make matters worse, they left piles of debris all over my yard and didn’t bother cleaning up. When I called to complain, the manager was rude and dismissive. This company is unprofessional
They promised the job would be done in 3 days — it dragged on for almost 3 weeks with constant excuses. The communication was terrible, and I had to keep chasing them for updates.
I had to keep chasing them for updates. After they finally “finished,” my roof started leaking during the first rainstorm, and they refused to take responsibility. Now I’m paying another company to fix their mess. Stay far away from them.
