Awesome team! Everyone involved were easy to work with and they all had your best interest in mind.The attention to detail surpassed my expectations. I got my flat roof coated in white Silicone to waterproof it and reflect the suns rays. The problem with getting it coated was that I had solar panels. As they also do solar, I opted to remove the solar panels completely and have the roof coated. Jason and his team did a great job resealing our roof after some water was leaking through last summer. They even gave us a warranty to provide to the new owners after we ended up selling the place.

3/27/2026 Today ARC Roofing is completing the Finishing Coat of Elastomeric Paint on my Spray Polyurethane Foam Roof and it looks great. Pictures are much better than words so look at these pictures of a great professional job that is well done. Jason has a great crew working for him. The power washed my roof and had it spotless before Roll Painting my Roof. Much better than spray application. 03/11/2026 the Elastomeric Coating on my (SPF) Spray Polyurethane Foam Roof is worn thin and needs repair. It has a 10 year warranty and it is only 5 years since the work was done. I called ARC Roofing and Jason the owner said he would put a complete Finish Coating on my Roof for Free. We now know the Elastomeric Coating only lasts 5 to 7 years in this climate.
