I would never recommend ARC Construction to anyone. Hired ARC to fix two leaky gutters. After paying a large sum of money, the problems are exactly the same. Four times the owner set up appointments to come and make it right (i arranged to be home to meet him), and four times he did not show. Now the owner does not answer my calls or texts. Big mistake on my part to use them. If there was a 0 star rating I would give that.
