If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was a nightmare working with the realtor Tarah Binford on what would've been the purchase of a new home. I would not recommend any family working with this company as they are dishonest, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Walked away from our dream home that we were 100% financing approved for because of her lack of ethics. It also appears we were profiled. She wanted our money, but not our kind...
Vickie Harris was kind, caring, and compassionate throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home, professionally and personally!!! When things started to get overwhelming and frustrating, which is common when purchasing a home, she reassured me that she’ll do everything in her power to help ease the process!!! Would highly advise people to go with another realtor besides ARC. They are unprofessional and held my earnest money hostage for over a month even though the sellers of the house I was buying accepted someone else’s offer. They had no intention on ever giving me my money back and were a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go with another realtor.
Donna Gaskin’s exceeded our expectations as she guided us through the home-buying experience. We felt she has been always responsive, answering all our questions and available for a quick home visit as often as we asked. She knows a good house from a bad one and isn’t afraid to tell you. We appreciated that candor and honesty that helped us end up in a perfect home for us.
