Would highly advise people to go with another realtor besides ARC. They are unprofessional and held my earnest money hostage for over a month even though the sellers of the house I was buying accepted someone else’s offer. They had no intention on ever giving me my money back and were a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go with another realtor.
