Military veteran NEVER returning. I’m so tired of trying to get someone on the phone here. There’s not even a voicemail or answering service! My work decided to have a last-minute meeting and it conflicts with my appointment. The office told me I would have a cancellation fee of $150! Make the fee reasonable at the very least.
