Arc plumbing especially Clay and Cam were great!! They were so helpful, professional and friendly !!
Clay and Cam from ARC Plumbing arrived on time and they replaced two exterior hose bibbs which required working in the very confined areas of my house's crawl space. They also repaired a toilet. They were professional, respectful, and personable .
Bradly and Cam did my estimate, they were very friendly and the breakdown of what service cost what was amazing. Bradly and Tucker did my install and they were very quick and efficient and I can tell they did things with the customer in mind with the drains from each sink and pushed towards the back of the cabinet so my undersink is still usable. Got another estimate before they left and will definitely be using them again!
I had what I thought was a simple fill valve replacement on a toilet, which actually turned into a more complex additional seal issue which could have caused flooding if not repaired. Brad from ARC plumbing quickly diagnosed the issue, went out and bought additional parts and fixed the problem, all for less than $300 with a one year warranty. This was the best plumbing experience I have had in living 20 years in the Apex area. Brad was notably exceptional. I give ARC plumbing the highest possible recommendation.
