It seemed no one was ever happy with the last company they used and were usually charged an exorbitant amount of money. Well, we decided there was a better way to do service work. two local families got together and opened ARC Electric and Plumbing with the idea that clean, courteous, and qualified customer service could be delivered at a fair price.

I was waiting to write this review until my inspection was completed and everything done. We recently worked with ARC plumbing and electric to replace our old water heater, relocate it to the garage, and best of all, upgrade it to an new, innovative product beyond just your typical gas tankless or Rheem. ARC's plumber Seaton arrived on time, and managed the problem that our tenants were having with the hot water this week. I am so thankful to now have a great plumber to call on with our rental properties and rehabs. I highly recommend them for fair, honest, on-time, and professional service.
Called ARC plumbing to help with adjusting the pipes that were too long to accommodate the new vanity that I was trying to install. Thomas and Seaton came to my rescue. When my hot water heater broke, Bradley arrived within two hours of my call. He cleaned up all of the water and replaced my hot water heater the same day. He was very professional and helpful, and offered some great advice. I'm very glad they answered my call.
