My first ever physical therapy to treat soreness in hips and pelvic area. Closest thing to magic I've ever experienced. Amy used techniques to identify the sources of pain problem areas and gently worked them out. Much more comfortable than I had expected. Problems haven't returned since last visit a few months ago, but I sure know where to go if they do.
I have received my best massages in years at the 150 S. Wacker ARC Physical Therapy. Very effective and relaxing. They really pay attention to the areas needing work.
I love ARC Physical Therapy. In particular, Tracy. I recently had a deep tissue massage. A few days later I went skiing. There was a mishap with the lift (I swear not my fault!) and I hit the ground on my right shoulder. I have no doubt that the massage helped stretch and loosen my muscles enough that what could have been a much worse injury ended up being just soreness and discomfort.
The ARC massages are very welcomed, especially after sitting in an office chair for hours. The therapists are friendly and experienced. For me, it's a wonderful convenience having them in my building and never having an issue making an appointment.
